About the Event

About lecture:

The United States urgently needs to reconsider what a university is—and what it should be. As activism and ideology increasingly shape campus culture, many universities have drifted from their core mission of intellectual exploration, truth-seeking, and the pursuit of knowledge. This lecture will examine the crisis facing higher education, the growing influence of politics and foreign funding on campus, and what must change to restore the university’s purpose.
