Simon is the Director of Scholars Circle and Co-founder of the program along with nonprofit Chai Mitzvah. The Scholars Circle program is hosted by Chai Mitzvah and launched in response to the terrible 10/7 attacks on Israel to provide quality and free education about Israel, antisemitism, and Jewish trends by leading experts and scholars in their respective fields.  Simon is also Founding Executive Director of the largest young Jewish adult organization in Connecticut, called UrbanDor.org, where he builds community for Jewish 20s and 30s for Greater Hartford. Simon holds a Bachelors in Advertising & Marketing Communications and an MBA in General Business, both earned in Rhode Island from Johnson & Wales University.
